THE FINAL STEPS: FROM CONCEPT TO CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS

The third and final step before installation and gathering bids from contractors is the construction documents. This stage begins after all of the final decisions have been completed.

At this stage every square inch for demo and new installation is documented. All the soils tests are completed and noted. The materials for edges, pavers, etc are documented. The contractor who places a bid will need to know every detail in order to be accurate. That’s why this part of the process takes more time and the higher price. It’s well worth it to have bring the reality of your vision into your landscape.

Prices start at ~ $2400.00 depends on complexity of project.
