An onsite consult to discuss plant dreams and issues with trees and shrubs. Are you thinking about adding a pool, deck, or pergola? Would you like an outdoor kitchen or just a few tips to DIY? Tricia will provide you with a notebook for how to get started as well as names of contractors for general construction, irrigation, and plant installation.

FLORIDA FRIENDLY LANDSCAPE CONSULT AND CERTIFICATION
Tricia Keffer is a certified by the University of Florida program for Florida Friendly Landscape properties. If you are looking for low maintance, high quality design, this is the plan forward for you. The State of Florida has a program for you to earn a certification and even a flag for your efforts. This is a longer consult than the ideas option. It involves two site visits. One for a prelimary assest (includes plants, irrigation, ideas) and a second one for the final inspection to earn the certification. To learn more about the general program, click HERE.

HOUSE GARDEN DESIGNS ~ ENTRANCE
Looking for a nice entrance garden at the front door of your property? In need of a few plants and ground covers that will look nice together and thrive in the NW Florida climate (soils, sun, water)? Tricia offers and onsite drawing with a plan sketch (3D illustration not included) for the front entrance of your property. You’l be able to take the plan to a local nusery for an install quote or buy the plants for a DIY installation.
OTHER OPTIONS: Small bird, butterfly gardens (limit to 10′ x 12′) in other areas of the property.
Included: A notebook for best practices for horticulture and plan view, sketched site plan. The homeowner (or renter) will be emailed a PDF to print and return with the property conditions i.e. sun/shade, water, etc. ahead of time. Tricia will mark the area for the plant beds and plant spacing. We will discuss irrigation requirements but not an complete system consultation. Time: 3 hours max, one site visit.
